Last Wildcat Nude Workshop for 2016
Join us for the last workshop of the 2016 season held at Wildcat Hill this year! Have you been wanting to take a workshop with Kim Weston? Here is your chance to come to Carmel this year. "An Adventure of a Lifetime! That's what Milan and I discussed driving back to Los Angeles. The last few days were awesome. What a wonderful atmosphere to learn in. Kim and Gina, you were awesome hosts. Learning about the Weston legacy first hand was incredible. I was flattered to be able to show some of my work. Shooting side by side with Kim was inspiring. Gwen was awesome and just nailed each concept. Enjoying a delicious lunch and the conversation was enlightening. I could go on and on about the things I'll remember so fondly.
The bottom line is an expression of heartfelt gratitude for allowing Milan and I into your home and teaching us about the Weston Family Style of photography. We are all a sum of our life experiences. This was definitely and Adventure of a Lifetime. I hope to return next year to be able to spend more time on Wildcat Hill. On behalf of my friend Milan and myself, A heartfelt thank you". Gary

2015 February Print of the Month
February Print of the Month "Nude and Peacock". Storytelling is one of Kim Weston's favorite things to do while he is photographing. When we were in France a few years ago, after teaching a workshop with photographer Kitty Cohen, we had the wonderful opportunity to photograph in Kitty's home. It is filled with art, antiques and quite a collection of animals. We first met Kitty when she came to the United States for our Studio Nude Workshop here at Wildcat Hill. We had a rich, rewarding experience with her and the result will be the photographs offered for sale in the current 2015 Print of the Month Portfolio. We hope you enjoy viewing the work. More...

In Celebration of the Black and White Print Video
We hope you enjoy this video. Epson came to our home and interviewed Kim about Black and White Photography and his life experiences. "Journey to the home of Edward Weston and see his original darkroom. Then listen to his grandson Kim talk about his photographic heritage workshops and his own highly collected traditional Black-and-White work. To many, Black-and-White is the very definition of photography. In addition to a series of tutorials on digital Black-and-White printing, we are honored to present in-depth interviews from two photographic icons (John Sexton) who work with traditional Black-and-White tools. Their incredible insight provides inspiration to us all as we celebrate the Black-and-White print, be it traditional or digital". Thank you Dano!
