If the attendance is anything like it was at the National Steinbeck Center in 2014, we are in for a great celebration. There will be 2 openings. One will be an Invitational Artists Reception on Friday April 8, 6-8:30PM. The second opening will be the public opening on Saturday April 9 5-9PM. It will coincide with 2nd Saturday Art Walk in downtown Sacramento, when galleries and local businesses host an open house evening starting from 5:30-9PM. The Viewpoint Gallery will be showing the DVD "Growing up Weston" for a select group on Saturday afternoon.
We know many of you will not be able to attend so we wanted to share some of the photographs that will be in the show. Over 70 silver gelatin black and white photographs will be on view from Wednesday, April 6 to June 4, 2016. We hope you enjoy them and please make a point to come and say hello if you are coming to any of the openings or attending the Growing up Weston - film screening.
