Fun at September Wildcat Studio Nude Workshop
We had a really great time at the 2014 September Wildcat Studio Nude workshop this last weekend. We had a few returnees, which is always a good testimonial! We met several new photographers and 3 out of the 9 students were women. That made a nice mixing of the groups. In a predominantly male industry, we love having the opportunity to have women photographers participate in our nude workshops.
2014 September Print of the Month
This month’s POM “Wyoming Music Lesson” was originally inspired by a Helmut Newton Polaroid. It was taken at the YL Boyer Ranch at our Nude in the Landscape Workshop, co-taught with Mark Comon from Los Angeles. Stay tuned for “Palm Desert, Music Lesson”. I hope to continue my Music Series at our next workshop adventure to Palm Desert and Joshua Tree National Park. Palm Desert Figure Workshop September 15 – 20, 2014. Want to join us? Come with us and make your own Music Lesson Series!

2014 August Print of the Month
"Kim Weston - Wyoming Nude with Lemons" The August Print of the Month from the Wyoming Nude in Landscape Workshop is the 8th photograph in the 2014 Print of the Month Portfolio. Kim really loved spending a full week at the YL Ranch. One of the aspects of the workshop he really enjoyed was staying in the same location and photographing for 5 days in a row. Everyone ate their meals together and got to know each other a little better. This gave everyone time to discuss how the (nude model and or landscape) days shoot went and how to improve upon it for the next day.
